SkyPerch Terms of Use

Effective September 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of the SkyPerch app, made by Imagine Milk. By using the app you agree to them. Questions go to hello@imaginemilk.com.

The app

SkyPerch shows you the sky over your spot, sends sky nudges you set, and lets you share sky photos with other users. Sky times, weather and forecasts are estimates. Do not rely on them for safety, navigation or anything where being wrong matters.

Your account

Every install gets an anonymous account. You may attach an email to keep it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile.

Your content

You own the photos, captions and comments you post. By posting, you give SkyPerch a licence to store, resize and show that content to other users inside the app for as long as it is posted. Delete a post and that licence ends for it.

Post only what you have the right to post. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that shows private people without their consent.

Community rules

Be kind. You can report any post or comment and block any user. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Ask Perchling

Answers in the Ask box are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a fact.

Free plan and future paid features

SkyPerch is free. The free plan has limits on the number of sky nudges, perches and daily questions. Paid features may be added later under their own terms shown at the time of purchase.

Third parties

The app uses Supabase, Open-Meteo, Anthropic and Apple services as described in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is not guaranteed.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SkyPerch is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including missed sky events, wrong forecasts or lost content.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or stop the app at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
